Token-Based Features

• Extended video recommendations
• AI tutor chat sessions

All core learning content remains free. Tokens may be earned through platform activities or purchased. Token balances and usage are subject to our token policy, which may be updated from time to time.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI systems specifically for your learning (such as personalized roadmaps, code reviews, and quiz questions) is provided for your personal educational use. You may:

• Use AI-generated feedback to improve your skills
• Reference your learning materials for personal study
• Share your achievements and progress on social media

Your Content

You retain ownership of code and projects you submit for evaluation. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your submissions for the purpose of providing our services and improving our AI systems.

Content Usage & Licensing

Your access to our educational content is subject to the following conditions:

• Personal Use Only: Content is licensed for your personal, non-commercial educational use only
• Non-Transferable: Your access rights cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with others

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• AI-generated content will be completely accurate or suitable for all purposes

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free Class AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.

Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or any applicable laws
• Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
• Constitutes fraudulent or abusive behavior

Permanent Ban for Misconduct

Free Class AI reserves the right to permanently ban any user, without the possibility of reinstatement, who engages in conduct that damages or attempts to damage the reputation, goodwill, or business interests of Free Class AI. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Publishing false, defamatory, or misleading statements about Free Class AI on social media platforms, review websites, forums, blogs, or any other public or private channels
• Conducting organized campaigns or coordinated efforts to harm our reputation or disrupt our services
• Misrepresenting your experience with the Platform to discourage others from using our services
• Threatening, intimidating, or coercing Free Class AI, its employees, partners, or other users
• Any other form of misconduct, whether online or offline, that we reasonably determine to be harmful to our business or community

In the event of a permanent ban, all associated accounts and access will be revoked immediately. Any remaining token balance or active subscription will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. We further reserve the right to pursue any available legal remedies, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs.

Voluntary Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Processing

All payments on Free Class AI are securely processed by our payment partner, Stripe. We do not store, collect, or have access to your sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers, bank account details, or billing addresses. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS compliance standards.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

Token Purchases

Token recharges are one-time purchases that are credited to your account immediately upon successful payment. Purchased tokens do not expire and remain available in your account until used.

Refund Policy

As a general policy, all payments related to subscriptions and token purchases are non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Duplicate or accidental charges resulting from a technical error
• Service unavailability for an extended period that prevents you from using purchased features
• Unauthorized transactions on your account that are reported promptly

To request a refund, please contact us at support@freeclass.ai with your account details and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days, and approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation, if negotiation is unsuccessful
• Binding arbitration or court proceedings as a last resort

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
